What to Expect:

Private sessions can be booked for up to two participants with any of our certified trainers. During your first session, your coach will review your athletic background, goals, and current training load to create a personalized plan. Each workout blends strength, agility, mobility, and conditioning to help you move, perform, and feel your best.

How to Book:

  1. Click the “Book Now” button above to access our scheduling platform.
  2. Select the private type: Strength & Performance Training.
  3. Choose your trainer: Each coach may have different rates based on experience and specialization.
  4. Pick a date and time that works best for your schedule. You can book multiple sessions at one time if desired.
  5. Select the athlete participation: Option to select “group lesson” if the session is for two individuals.
  6. Apply credits or charge to a credit card, and confirm your booking. You’ll receive an email confirmation with all the session details.
