Our Training Options

Private Training

One-on-one (or up to 2) private sessions with any of our three trainers. Workouts are personalized to your performance goals and needs. (For athletes & adults)

Semi-Private Groups

Set up one-time or recurring small group sessions with friends and teammates. Receive the same personalization as a private workout at the fraction of the cost. (For athletes & adults)

Athlete Performance (Group)

Daily group training for athletes of all sports and levels. Choose between flexible drop-in blocks or set class times, with workouts built around strength, speed, agility, and conditioning—adjusted to each athlete’s needs.

Specialty Classes

Train beyond the basics with our boxing and hockey shot training classes. Build conditioning, coordination, and core strength through boxing, or refine your shooting mechanics in a convenient off-ice environment. (For athletes and adults.)
