Chris Affinati

Head of Strength & Conditioning

Chris grew up in Highland Park, IL, and built a career as both a professional hockey player and mixed martial artist. He spent close to 20 years competing at a high level in both sports, earning a reputation for his toughness, sacrifice, and resilience. Now a certified strength and conditioning coach, Chris applies that same mindset to training athletes and adults. His focus is on building strength, mobility, and athleticism through practical, sustainable training. Having worked through major injuries himself, including double hip surgery, Chris brings a first-hand understanding of what it takes to stay healthy and keep performing at a high level.
