Our certified trainers take a holistic approach – helping each client unlock their full potential by developing not just strength, but also speed, agility, conditioning, and mobility. For adult clients, we bring the same athlete- driven philosophy to private and semi-private training—focused on improving strength, fitness, and movement quality for long-term health and performance.

What We Offer
Each program is designed to develop every aspect of performance within a structured, challenging, and elite training environment.
Train one-on-one or with a partner under the guidance of one of our certified personal trainers. During your first session, we’ll assess your goals and design a personalized program tailored to your needs—whether your focus is strength, conditioning, mobility, or overall athletic performance.
Train with friends or teammates in a customized small-group environment – one of our most popular formats. Sessions can include up to 6 participants and are tailored to the group’s age, sport, and goals. Athletes focus on strength, speed, agility, and conditioning, while adults blend mobility, cardio, and strength for a balanced, high-energy workout.
Daily group training for athletes of all sports, designed to build strength, speed, agility, and conditioning in a competitive, high-energy environment. We offer two formats: 1) Open Training Blocks, led by Chris Affinati, where athletes can drop in anytime during the 2-hour block and rotate through customized circuit workouts. 2) Scheduled Group Classes, where athletes train together at a set time under structured guidance from our performance staff.
Drive Performance Training offers a variety of specialty classes to complement athletic development. Current offerings include boxing and hockey shot training. Our boxing sessions go beyond fight technique— delivering the perfect mix of conditioning, coordination, and core strength. The hockey class helps players refine shooting and puck-handling mechanics off-ice in the same facility they complete their physical training.


State of the Art Performance Training Facility
Drive Performance houses a fully built-out gym with advanced training equipment and machinery. The gym has been designed to address the training needs of both athletes and adults. In addition to the gym space, there is ~4,500 square feet of opened turf that trainers utilize for warms up, conditioning, agility and mobility training.
