Choose the group training format that works best for your schedule: 1) Drop in any time during the open training block with Chris Affinati and cycle through a 65–80 minute workout; or 2) attend daily 1-hour classes offered at a set start time.

What to Expect:

1) Open Training Block with Chris Affinati: Athletes can arrive any time during the 2-hour training block. Upon arrival, athletes will be taken through a warm-up and speed & agility training, before being cycled into various strength and conditioning circuits that are adjusted to their age and skill. Athletes complete the workout at their own pace with constant oversight.

2) Athlete Performance Classes: Arrive at the start of the session and complete the workout in conjunction with other participating athletes. Classes are offered by trainers Anthony Ranallo and Cassie Ratajczyk.

How to Book:

  1. Click the “Book Now” button above to access our scheduling platform.
  2. Select the group format type and trainer lead: Filter sessions by trainer (Chris Affinati leads Open Block Training while Anthony and Cassie lead classes with a set start time).
  3. Pick a date and time that works best for your schedule. You can book multiple sessions at one time if desired.
  4. Select the athlete or athletes participating.
  5. Apply credits or charge to a credit card, and confirm your booking. You’ll receive an email confirmation with all the session details.
