Choose the group training format that works best for your schedule: 1) Drop in any time during the open training block with Chris Affinati and cycle through a 65–80 minute workout; or 2) attend daily 1-hour classes offered at a set start time.
Book Now1) Open Training Block with Chris Affinati: Athletes can arrive any time during the 2-hour training block. Upon arrival, athletes will be taken through a warm-up and speed & agility training, before being cycled into various strength and conditioning circuits that are adjusted to their age and skill. Athletes complete the workout at their own pace with constant oversight.
2) Athlete Performance Classes: Arrive at the start of the session and complete the workout in conjunction with other participating athletes. Classes are offered by trainers Anthony Ranallo and Cassie Ratajczyk.
