What to Expect:

Athletes and parents can book a private for up to 2 participants or email us to book a session for up to 6 participants (ideal for friends and teammates). At the first session, Coach Anthony reviews athletic and strength goals. Workouts are personalized based on age, sport, injuries, and load management. Each workout includes strength, agility, mobility, and conditioning.

How to Book:

  1. Click the “Book Now” button above to access our scheduling platform.
  2. Select the private type: Baseball Skills or Strength & Performance training.
  3. Choose your coach or trainer: Each coach may have different rates based on experience and specialization.
  4. Pick a date and time that works best for your schedule. You can book multiple sessions at one time if desired.
  5. Select the athlete participation: Option to select “group lesson” if the session is for 2 individuals. Please call us at (847) – 447 – 1043 or email us at info@driveperformance.us to set up semi-private sessions for 3–6 participants. All bookings must be made at least 2 hours in advance.
  6. Apply credits or charge to credit card, and confirm your booking. You’ll receive an email confirmation with all the session details.
