75 minute strength & agility sessions led by coach Anthony Ranallo
Book NowStrength & Agility classes with former college baseball player and certified personal trainer. Sessions are every Tuesday and Thursday at 5:45pm CT. At each workout, athletes are taken through a dynamic warm-up before completing various speed & agility and strength circuits (Tuesday Upper Body / Thursday Lower Body). Available for players aged 12 and up.
